“Great location”
The location was good, and the rooms were comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was outstanding, and the location made it easy to reach nearby spots.

All staff especially Felicia were amazing. Very noisy and no wardrobe it a where to hang clothes

I was met with a wonderful welcome, and everything else was flawless.

The spot is great for local shops and close to Poole and its sights; the food is good and the staff are very helpful, and £10 for breakfast feels like solid value. The downside is that the hotel sits on a very busy road, so traffic noise can be loud in the rooms—if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs and ask for a rear‑facing room. I had a rough first night because of the noise, requested a room change from a front‑facing one, and the switch was handled smoothly for the rest of my stay, letting me finally get some sleep.
