The only bright spot was the convenient location near the interstate, but the hotel lost my reservation (or wasn’t set up to receive it from Booking) and didn’t offer any help, just told me to call Booking. Our room door barely latched; we had to lean on it. There was no body wash, and the canisters fell off the wall into my hands. Breakfast had no hot food, and the juice dispenser didn’t work. I would never stay there again, and I’m shocked that Hilton attaches their name to this property.

The doors were dirty and left open with people inside, and the TV was blaring loudly.

I arrived 20 minutes early, checked in, but the room wasn’t ready. After waiting 40 minutes it was still not ready, so they moved me to another available room. The sink was backed up to the top of the sink. I told a staff member, and she said she would leave a note for maintenance. The fire alarm had no flashing lights to indicate it was an alarm, just the alarm sound, which is a safety hazard if people can’t get notified. Staff did a poor job trying to get people out of the hotel. My room door didn’t close properly. We left the whole evening just to come back to our room being not properly closed; after such a review the doors had to be really slammed in order to lock. It was conveniently located close to the JMA Wireless stadium, a quick 12‑minute drive. When I tried to check in, the front desk clerk had a brief back‑and‑forth, claiming that I hadn’t paid for my stay. I showed my booking receipt, and she called a manager to look it up, which took about 30 minutes. I was also told that the 186 included incidentals, yet I was charged an additional $100 at the property for incidentals. The room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, especially the bathroom. There was something brown and hardened in the toilet that I scraped off while cleaning it, and the shower wall had smeared hair and something else caked on it. Lastly the fire alarm went off and there was no flashing lights or alarms inside the room. My friend is hearing‑impaired and had no idea what was going on when I woke her up; this child had ended badly because she was alone!
