The service was outstanding; a Saudi employee helped me book and an Egyptian staff member made the process smooth. The room was large, the beds comfortable, and everything was fully equipped with tea, sugar, and clean linens. The bathroom was fully stocked with soap and shampoo. There’s a grocery shop downstairs, the location is close to the Haram, and the price is excellent—please keep it that way. The beds were available but not suitable for us, although they’re usually available. Daily housekeeping was good, the AC needed adjustment, but overall the experience was great and I’ll stay here forever.

Honestly, it was uncomfortable for me; I wish the hotel improved all its services and facilities because the price is very high for what it offers. The Wi‑Fi was weak, the facilities were old, and I was put in a small room because I arrived late. I complained and was moved to another room, but the stay was still uncomfortable. I booked five nights but only stayed three, and the first two nights were in a quadruple room for four people, yet I had to leave early for my Umrah and finish my rituals properly—overall it was very bad and uncomfortable.

Everything was in very poor condition; everything is old and broken, and I only spent one night at the cancelled hotel.
