Nothing, no service, disaster team—please refrain from staying at the hotel. Manners, communication, customer service… they had none, and there was no privacy.

The location was good, the rooms were large, and the staff were nice, but the property didn't match the online photos—it lacked the rooftop cushions, the pool was much smaller than shown, and the promised complimentary tour turned out to cost us during our stay.
