The room was spacious, the bathroom spotless, and there were no noisy guests; the check‑in was handled swiftly. However, the windows didn’t insulate well, so outside noise was loud; we paid for breakfast but it wasn’t ready when we arrived, even though it was within the announced hours; the buffet was empty and service was slow when we finally ordered; the breakfast room was also quite cold.
