First, Giancarlo’s very warm welcome and the apartment’s quality were perfect 🤩 Everything needed for a vacation was there. The two dogs, IPA and Yago, stayed with us throughout the trip and the kids loved them 😍. Nothing negative, just that you need a car for every move.

La Fondona is located in the beautiful hills 20 minutes from Grosseto, surrounded by nature, fields, olive groves, and meadows, ideal for a peaceful and restful stay. We did many day trips along the Grosseto coast, to Castiglione della Pescaia and the Maremma Natural Park, and also inland toward Montalcino and Mount Amiata. The house is spacious, the room is large with comfortable beds, and you can dine in the garden. The host family is very welcoming and polite, giving us valuable tips for our excursions. We already miss it!

We loved everything, it’s simply exceptional! The apartment is very spacious, everything was very clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly and always attentive. They have two very cute dogs that you can play with.
