The room was big and very convenient for the airport. It would have been better if the bus stop opposite was operational but that is no reflection on the property. It could have been a bit cleaner and the bed side lights didn’t work. They hadn’t been charged

Great facility, could use a bedside lamp. And a mirror wouldn’t go a miss. Bathroom was really small. Bathroom, to small

Good location to NEC for quick stopover!. Bed was quite hard and on a noisy main road

Clean. Switch was hanging off the wall. Someone had left an open bottle of water in the room

We were at an event at NEC so location was excellent it was a short bus journey away with easy self access across the road from a harvester inn so perfect for 1 night. Very accommodating for early check in and late checkout due to our flight times. The bedroom was a little cold. While the heater did come on in the evening but perhaps could be on a bit longer now that weather is getting colder
