The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I lost my phone, they immediately explained how to get to the police station so I could recover it. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, and there was even a small fridge I didn’t expect.

Air conditioning was broken, making the night unbearably humid and hard to sleep. The TV wouldn’t turn on at all, even after I reset it and tried to re‑tune channels; I told reception about it when I checked out. The restaurant menu was okay but didn’t match the quality at Novotel, so we ate there instead. When I spoke to the Novotel staff, they mentioned that Hilton guests usually prefer their food. Air conditioning not working and TV not working

The bed was really low and very uncomfortable

The room was very comfortable, but the bar didn’t offer Sky Sports.

Breakfast was good, and all staff were friendly and helpful. The double bed was quite low to the floor, which was hard for my elderly mum, and the sink in the accessible room had a crack.
