“Lovely property in a great location”

The view is great and the balcony is spacious enough to sit there in the evening and enjoy. The location is very central, right next door to the temple and across the market. The property sits in a narrow alley with stairs. On my way there the owner helped me with the suitcase, otherwise it is hard to carry, and on my way out it was heavy.

“Nice, quiet and central place to stay!”

We spent 4 nights at Verma Guesthouse and it was great. We got lost while looking for the place and the owner came to us to indicate the way, despite the fact that it was raining a lot, that was really nice of him! The bedroom was big, comfortable and very clean, as well as the bathroom. We had a small balcony and access to the common rooftop with a nice view on the valley. The place is very quiet (except when there was some work outside on Sunday at 6am.that was difficult because we were very tired and got waken up very early, but that was exceptional, it was just bad luck) in a small street a bit away from the main street and perfectly located close to the Dalai Lama Temple (3min walk) and very nice coffee places and restaurants all around. The area is very peaceful. We also had soap, towels and toilet paper. Also, even though we haven't seen the owners much, they were totally available and answered super quickly by phone and text messages, before and during our stay. The last day, we could let our backpacks in the lobby (there is a staff member always there) for the day, before coming back in the evening to pick them up. To sum up, perfect place to stay for somebody who wants to be quiet and very central at the same time. We totally recommend!
