Location is great, close to Shibuya but away from the chaos. The hotel is very clean, the room is rather spacious for the average room size in Japan. The bathroom is very small.

The place is super central, the staff are incredibly friendly and always helpful. The beds, however, are a bit uncomfortable.

The hostel is conveniently close to Shibuya Station and the staff were friendly, everything ran smoothly; I stayed in a mixed dormitory and, compared with Austrian standards, it felt very cramped—three bunk beds in a tiny room left little room for large suitcases and the passing trains could be heard at night, so bring earplugs. Apart from that, it was a great hostel.

The hostel is beautiful, the terrace is great, the showers are new, and the rooms come with a mini‑fridge. Occasionally the bathrooms were a bit dirty at night.
