The view is the main attraction here. Sunset is over the volcano, sunrise over the sea, and you can enjoy both. The staff accompanied us to the cottages, which was good for the final stretch. Otherwise the drive is easy to manage with a scooter.

I was blown away by the mountain view, but the place is a nightmare: the room is cramped, the bathroom is filthy and lacks a mirror or hairdryer, and everything feels impossibly remote—getting there feels like a suicide attempt. There's no support, no staff, and no reception desk.

The hotel’s location is amazing; I think it’s simply unacceptable to arrive at the Lahagan Suite and not stay the night. The view is spectacular, rooms are clean and cozy, and breakfast tastes great. I’d love to come back.

The stay was fantastic! The property is gorgeous, comfortable, and well‑situated. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making everything feel special.
