“A great unique experience”

It was my first time staying in a cave hotel and the view was excellent, especially early in the morning when you can see the balloons in the sky. However, it isn’t suitable for people with knee problems because of the stairs.

“Our stay at this hotel in Cappadocia was disappointing overall.”

The staff helped us arrange our rental car quickly and made booking our hot‑air balloon tour easy. But the hotel felt unfinished, with poor road access, ongoing construction, and very little lighting around the property. The room had almost no ventilation, so it smelled damp and stuffy the whole time. Service was quite inflexible. I’m gluten intolerant, yet there were almost no gluten‑free breakfast options; the only thing I could eat was an omelet, and on the second day I was told I had to pay extra for it even though breakfast was included. I was also told they couldn’t heat a glass of milk and only cold milk was available, which I found very unreasonable. Breakfast time was very short (9‑10). Our room wasn’t cleaned after the first night.

“Excellent location . Staff and breakfast”

The location and service were superb. The staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The morning views were amazing.

“Très bel hôtel et merci au personnel!”

We loved the spot with its stunning view and the sheet stretched over the bed that kept ceiling fragments away, something we’d dealt with elsewhere; the staff were quick to help and very kind, especially when one of us fell ill, they were attentive and responsive, thank you. The spa bathtub wasn’t very clean and breakfast was limited to just one hour, which felt too short and left us with little wiggle room.
