I had a booking error at a different place, so I ended up here; they refunded 20.- in cash because we didn't take breakfast, and the staff were very friendly and gave us a personal, heartfelt note. The price was completely overcharged.

The hotel is centrally located, but the bed was bad, there was street noise, and the furniture quality was low.

The owner's warmth is incredibly honest and refreshing—makes you feel truly welcome! The only small drawback is the lack of parking, but nothing that couldn't be solved.

No breakfast. Difficulties with the language, because the staff doesn't understand a word of French. The comprehension… for a Swiss hotel where several national languages are spoken! And also French.
