Everything was excellent, the room was spotless, well-ventilated and fragrant, except at 2 am when the window was open and someone—maybe from the floor below or above—started yelling, even calling the police because I wouldn’t stop talking in my rented room; everything else was fine… I won’t rent here again because it was uncomfortable to have someone yelling in my room; it’s a civic duty, the person was not making noise, just talking to the other guest (the booking was for two); the owner should intervene or else bookings will drop because of this troublesome guest.

The place was easy to reach and right next to the attractions I wanted, and the check‑in and check‑out instructions were crystal clear, making the whole process smooth. I have no complaints.

The room was quite pleasant and matched the photos, and the location was good. However, the bed had hair on it, and when we told the staff they simply said it was impossible and that it was just lint! They couldn't apologize, so I’ll give a negative score because bed cleanliness is the most important thing for us.
