The elevators were smooth, and both the indoor and outdoor pools were a hit, especially the tiki bar by the blue water grille. The sauna was excellent and the hot tubs worked perfectly. Live music played all day and then from the nearby bar in the evening. The Old City Pub, just a 2‑minute walk away, offered great food and plenty to chat about. The indoor pool area stayed warm, which would be nice off‑season. The only caveat is that some rooms sit outside the main building, so if you’re not in the building you’ll have to walk a lot to reach the amenities.

The bar was a great feature, and there were plenty of nice employees—both men and women—who were all respectful. A drunk lady was allowed to talk to me, which was fine, but I wouldn’t have let her wander around the bar, especially when she was stumbling and could have irritated other guests.

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, and the restaurant was the only positive part of our experience”
The location wasn’t very convenient, and getting into the rooms was tough, especially with luggage. We also found it annoying that there was no restroom in the common outdoor areas. What really bothered us was the early‑morning noise: we woke up to garbage being disposed of right next to our room, which was unpleasant and ruined our rest. Overall, our stay fell short of expectations; the restaurant was the only bright spot.
