The room’s comfort, temperature, and scent were all good when I arrived. We booked the place to unwind before hitting the road again after a night out, but the cleaning crew woke us up twice, even trying to open our door while we’d left a “Do not disturb” sign. In the end we didn’t get any rest, which felt disrespectful since the room isn’t even due to be vacated until 12 pm.
