“Cómodo”
Very close to the historic center and all tour connections, good staff service. There was a lot of noise from remodeling and no notice was given about what was happening!
We really liked the hotel’s central spot. The rooms were fairly comfortable, had hot water (not always common in Colombia), and Wi‑Fi. There’s a small rooftop pool. Overall the place was pretty clean. The staff were genuinely very helpful. The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was nice, offering a choice among three options. The housekeeping could have been better in the rooms.
The location is good. The hallways were dark after 10 pm.

The facilities were beautiful, the location great, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was sparse and not very varied, something I would definitely change. On the day we stayed, people were trying to lift a machine early in the morning, so we couldn't rest. By 10 am the noise stopped, but they could have organized it differently to avoid disturbing guests.

The location is excellent, close to everything. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious with a great shower. The rooftop is beautiful, especially for nighttime visits. The breakfast was poor; everything offered was limited and you couldn’t refill.
