“My stay was very disappointing and gross.”

The staff were friendly and helpful, yet the carpet, lamp shades and chair were filthy with stains, and the hallways reeked of weed and body odor.

“We got exactly what we paid for.”

The staff were pleasant, the room was tidy, the fridge clean, and the beds very comfortable, but the whole hotel felt rundown and sketchy—like walking through a Backrooms to reach the room. Garbage bags lay outside rooms, walls were scuffed and dented, chairs looked as if animals had torn them, and a cockroach was found in the room. The parking lot outside was littered with trash. We received exactly what we paid for, only in the worst possible way, and I wouldn’t return.

“Very dirty and bad service”

The suite was huge and roomy, but everything was filthy; when I arrived the bathroom had no shampoo or body wash, and the front desk only handed me a single shampoo. Over six nights they never came to clean, never swapped towels, and never provided toilet paper, soap, or any toiletries. The service was terrible and the place was dirty, so I can’t recommend it.

“Didn’t even stay, checked out at midnight. Didnt even sleep in there. I was in the room for an hour tops and checked out”

The area was okay, but the room was dirty, smelled foul, had black fingerprints and handprints all over the walls, and the towels looked and smelled dirty.
