Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

The location, cleanliness, and welcome were great, but the breakfast, which is included in the stay, is served at a nearby bar that I think falls short. The selection is limited and the staff aren't very friendly. It's a shame because the property itself is excellent. Everything else is perfect, just that one flaw. I would suggest the manager change the contracted bar.

The location in town was great, but the building itself was a problem.

B&b in a really convenient spot, just a short walk from the beach (you can rent umbrellas and loungers at a nearby beach club). The historic center is reachable by a pleasant stroll. The room is spacious, the shared kitchen lets you make coffee and store food or drinks in the fridge, and you can use the condominium terrace to dry towels and swimsuits. Breakfast is served in a bar a few hundred meters away. The owner, Fabio, was available right away and let us drop off our luggage at check‑in so we could enjoy the whole day, and he also extended our checkout time on the last day. Highly recommend. Gaeta is a real little gem—go there! No negatives, just a suggestion to add a few more hooks or wall‑mounted supports in the room for hanging clothes or bags.
