“In a cycling tour, so sleep quality and breakfast were important. Difficult to sleep in a hot room”

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The air‑conditioner didn’t work and the rooms were too hot. Breakfast was poor.

Finding the hotel was easy with Google Maps. Overall it was a fine stay. The room was clean, parking was available, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The TV was tiny. Room 103 had very small windows right below the ceiling, only reachable by climbing a chair; the air felt a bit stuffy on arrival. Walls were thin, so we could hear almost everything from neighbouring rooms even with few guests. Breakfast was basic, offering sweet pastries, biscuits, cereals, coffee and similar items; more variety, especially savoury choices, would have been nice.

“Location wasn’t great but suited our needs”

Room was clean, staff were friendly and there was plenty of parking. We weren’t told that electricity would be cut because of elevator problems.

Location was fine. No staff were on site when we arrived, the AC didn’t cool the room and nobody was available to discuss it. Breakfast was missing fresh items.

“Soggiorno eccellente, tranquillo e strategico per visitare Padova e dintorni”

I stayed at Hotel alle Scuole and was very pleased. The first thing that struck me was the excellent value for money: the property is well‑maintained, welcoming and offers high‑quality services at a truly competitive price. Its location is one of its biggest strengths. The hotel sits in a very quiet, peaceful area, perfect for those who want to rest well and stay away from the chaos. At the same time, Padua is reachable in just a few minutes by car, making it an ideal choice for drivers who need to move around the city or its surroundings without dealing with the traffic and parking difficulties of the centre. I also appreciated the courtesy and willingness of the staff, especially the owner, who was very friendly. The breakfast, included in the room rate, was very good: plentiful, varied and with quality products. A feature I found particularly valuable and that adds extra worth to the experience. Another point worth noting is the silence of the property. Throughout my stay I was able to enjoy a relaxing and well‑cared‑for environment, ideal for both business travellers and tourists. In short, I would gladly recommend Hotel alle Scuole to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet and convenient accommodation in a strategic location that allows quick access to Padua without sacrificing tranquillity. If I ever return to the area, I would choose it again without hesitation.
