Conveniently located near the train station and Evry centre, close to les arenes and the shopping centre, but the entry instructions were confusing and the facilities were very basic; the kitchen was dirty and the bins were not emptied.

The room was bright, the balcony was spacious, and the size of the room was good, yet overall cleanliness was lacking, there were marks on the LED doors, and the ceiling was peeling.

I did not receive the room I had booked, and I was deeply disappointed with the condition of the room that was assigned to me; given the state I found on arrival, I was unable to occupy it and therefore did not benefit from the reservation at all.
