Hyde Boutique Hotel

“Great hotel, good location, clean and quiet. Very recommended!”

The room was spacious, clean, and smelled good; room cleaning was excellent, hot water was always available, the air‑conditioner worked superbly, and the Wi‑Fi was reliable. The pool was at the perfect temperature with crystal‑clear water. Reception staff were very friendly. The hotel is located right on the main street and center, but it is an interior building, so there was no outside noise and the hotel was very quiet. I loved everything!

“Prima”

I liked the location, but the place wasn’t polished enough.

The staff and the location were good, but the construction noise was quite disruptive. They started early and went late. I would have chosen another place if I had known how intense the construction behind the hotel would be. I’ll return once it’s finished.

“Estancia excelente”

The boutique hotel in the heart of Kuta Lombok was beautifully crafted and very well done. The room had everything needed for comfort. We stayed two nights and would have stayed longer. The staff were very friendly, the cleaning was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again! On the downside, the breakfast service and a drying rack for wet swimwear were missing, as the rooms on the right‑hand side below didn’t have them.

“Super emplacement”

The location is super central! The staff were very welcoming and available! The décor is nice. If you’re an early‑riser, it shouldn’t bother you. However we needed to sleep and the construction was literally next to our bathroom. Even with earplugs, the noise was hellish from before 8 am until 9 pm. :( That ruined our stay. I think it mainly affects the private villas; maybe the common areas are less bothered. At the price of a private villa, it’s a shame they didn’t inform guests beforehand or offer a gesture.
