Hotel Blue

I’ve been staying here twice already and always return gladly; the staff is courteous and the rooms are comfortable. The tram line is just a few minutes away, letting me reach the city centre, the airport, and the bus station quickly. The only downside is that the area isn’t very service‑rich since it’s not in the city centre; there’s a restaurant/bar under the hotel and a little more, but the centre is still a 30‑minute walk away and the tram gets you everywhere at very low prices.

“Było super”

Everything was fantastic. The staff were wonderful, communication was smooth, and the helpful lady could joke with you. The room was beautiful and clean; we paid 300 zł for three people, and it deserved a higher price. Everything matched the pictures and was lovely. Comfort, air‑conditioning, and I’ll definitely return. The only issue was that because of road reconstruction we got a bit lost in the parking, but I’m sure once the renovations finish everything will change.

“Совершенно не понимаю, откуда у этого отеля 4 звезды. Номер оставил крайне неприятное впечатление. В комнате стоит ужас”

The room had an unpleasant smell, no kettle, the fridge was broken and empty, the equipment was very modest, and the room’s quality didn’t match a 4‑star rating.

Pristup automobilom u krugu hotela otežan. Istina, nakon prijave na recepciji dostupno je parkirno mjesto koje se plaća 15,00 Euro. Začuđuje traženje plaćanja boravišne pristojbe premda je rezervacija vršena preko booking com platforme;niti booking ne skreće pozornost na ovu stavku?. Gljivice pljesni oko tuš kade, podovi ostećeni, soba skromno opremljena, bez ormara za odlaganje odjeće (instalarana je tek metalna šipka za vješanje), nefunkcionalni mini hladnjak i dr. Sve u svemu, gosti s pravom očekuju više u razmjermo skupom hotelu s 4 zvjezdice!
