Its spacious, air‑conditioned rooms offer cable TV, coffee maker, wardrobe, and private bathrooms with free toiletries. Guests enjoy a large outdoor pool, a central patio, and an on‑site restaurant serving Mexican and international dishes. Nearby, the Cuartocienegas Natural Reserve lies a 15‑minute drive away.

The location is ideal, close to everything, and the whole place feels wonderful – really fantastic. The rooms could use blackout blinds and a fridge.

Location was fine. The worst experience I've ever had. The room on the ground floor smelled awful of smoke even though we asked for a smoke‑free room and insisted on a different one, but they didn't assign it. I paid that price for the hotel’s pool and was surprised to find it under repair, so I couldn't use it. The worst part came the next morning when I tried to shower and the water ran out after 2 minutes, leaving me soap‑covered. I called reception but no one answered. Later, my husband searched the entire hotel to find the water and we waited over 40 minutes for it to return, even though I explained I had to leave quickly due to a fixed itinerary. He seemed indifferent, saying he didn’t know why there was no water and if it could be fixed, but he didn’t care – it wasn’t his problem. I don’t see why you would pay more for a hotel with such terrible service. If you want to be treated well, stay somewhere else.

The hotel and all its facilities are nice. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The place is quiet and ready for rest. Reasonable price and a good value for money. The mattress was not great.
