“Excelente”

Excelente apartamento, um flat dentro de um hotel 5 estrelas, cama extremamente confortável, dá para trabalhar tranquilo do quarto, banheiro muito bom, TV e mini cozinha, estacionamento com manobrista, serviço completo no hotel, restaurante muito bom, todo time do hotel é excelente, ao lado do shopping ibirapuera, estação de metro a 100m. Único retoque é o cofre que não estav funcionando

“Local ótimo, quarto ruim”

The location is great and I always stay in this complex; the hotel‑style service is very good and the proximity to the mall is a big plus. However, the room I got was in bad shape—walls were peeling, there was a musty smell, and it seemed poorly maintained, which was disappointing. The walls were peeling and the room felt dirty. A towel was folded and damp inside the closet, as if it had been left there to be sent to the laundry. The room was big and could have been good, but it was clearly lacking maintenance.

“Localização conveniente e boa estrutura do hotel”

The room was comfortable in a hotel with excellent facilities. When we arrived, the owner hadn’t informed the hotel of our reservation, so we had to contact the owner who then emailed the reception. We knew the check‑in would be later, but we needed the hotel to know we had a booking in order to leave our luggage there.
