The staff were very nice and responsive to our requests. Parking for the hotel was available but a bit difficult to reach. The location is great and only a few minutes’ walk to the start of the waterfall hike, which is amazing. Be warned! The first picture is AI‑generated and nothing like the stay. Most of the description is wrong. There is no AC, no hot tub, no restaurant (only a café with breakfast), and the services are very basic. Maintenance in the room was lacking (dirty floors, a fan missing a prong, etc.). Attention to detail was also not great (clean sheets, but stained, no shampoo, no toilet paper, etc.). Some of these issues were fixed when I talked to the friendly management, but at the end of the day this is a 2‑star hotel with stained sheets and a smelly bathroom. Some of the bones are good and it would be OK with detailed cleaning and attention to maintenance issues.

The reception was friendly, the location convenient, the security reassuring, the room comfortable, and the gentleman was very kind, but the wifi was not working 😭
