Decent sized rooms with comfy beds and a decent sized bathroom. Big fridge with freezer, cooking top (I didn’t use it), and cold AC. 7/11 next door, Lawson’s and FamilyMart 2 blocks away. Nishikawaguchi station a minute away. McDonald’s, KFC, grocery stores, izakayas, restaurants, bars, Donki, etc. Staff was super friendly. Coin‑operated washing machine and dryer on the first floor. Nothing else.

An all‑around very good hotel, very nice people, excellent stuff. No complaints and facts when I’m coming back to Tokyo. I’ll only stay here.
