“Väldigt prisvärt”

The place was clean, fresh and exactly what one needs. The staff were very friendly. Logging in was difficult; I got a call because of a mistake I made with the booking.

Sain huoneen aikasemmin kuin sovittu. En päässyt hotellihuoneeseeni yöllä koska rappukäytävän lukot eivät toimineet. En saanut mitään pinkoodeja. Ilman ruotsalaista pariskuntaa, en olisi päässyt huoneeseen lainkaan ja he eivät vastanneet myöskään päivystyspuhelimeen. Oman huoneen oven lukitus onneksi toimi. Huone oli tosi pelkistetty, hintalaatu ei kohtaa. Suihkuverho oli liian pitkä suihkuun ja siinä oli pieniä homepisaroita tästä syystä

The place was clean and nice, with friendly breakfast staff. Two of the rooms had broken night‑lamps.

I was really angry and disappointed with how this situation was handled. I had to wait a very long time outside before I could get into my room because the access code I had been given did not work. I called several times while waiting outside, but nobody answered the phone. Eventually, I contacted , and only after that did someone call me back. What made the situation even more frustrating was that, instead of apologising or trying to resolve the issue, I was told that it was my fault. Having to wait outside for such a long time because the code did not work was already frustrating enough. Being blamed for the situation afterwards made the experience even worse. And immediately after the call the code worked so you did something so that the code worked
