We had an incredible dining experience at this hotel, with an omakase-style dinner that was truly amazing. And the scenery from our room window was just stunning. The only thing that would've made our stay even better was if the staff spoke a bit more English.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff were lovely and helpful, the hotel itself was beautiful with garden view rooms and two private outdoor onsen and public baths. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, and they were accommodating of our dietary requirements. We were even able to dine together as a group, which was a big plus. The only downside is that the surrounding town gets pretty quiet after 5 pm.

I was really let down by this place. The photos online made it look like a fancy hotel, but in reality, the room was super outdated. And to make matters worse, the front desk staff was pretty rude. It's a shame because the location is actually pretty great, but the overall experience was a disappointment.

We were thoroughly impressed with the hotel's cuisine, which was absolutely delicious. We also appreciated the staff's consideration for our son's allergy, as they prepared a different drink for him, which made him very happy. We were grateful for their thoughtfulness and kindness.

“What an incredible stay!”

Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The room had a breathtaking view of the maples, a large balcony, and a private onsen with the same view. It was like being in a traditional Japanese setting. The room was fully equipped with all the essentials, including a traditional tea set, towels, and even traditional socks. Dinner was a highlight, with our host explaining everything about the ingredients and how to eat them properly.
