The Karol Bagh location was great, right near the market, and the staff were generous, friendly and helpful throughout. However, as with many standard 3‑star hotels in the area, a few maintenance issues cropped up: the toilet seat was loose, the bedsheets had occasional stains, the TV remote was non‑functional, and the TV wasn’t connected to Wi‑Fi.

I landed in Karol Bagh and the spot was spot‑on for hitting the market and wandering around; the staff were generous, friendly and helpful the whole time.
