The hotel is very nice, the staff speaks English and is very kind. The room is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. The breakfast offers a wide variety, but savory and oriental dishes dominate, and there are few sweet options.

The place is very clean, the pool is excellent, it’s in a central spot and the staff are friendly. The only disappointment was breakfast – most cooked items were cold, so I ended up grabbing food from 7/11 on the last morning. The beds are firm if that’s not your preference, but overall it was good and comfortable enough for me.

I asked the staff before arrival to issue a receipt and a tax invoice. I checked in on 31 G, and after 20 days there’s still no sign of the paperwork. The hotel’s Line chat is unresponsive and unreadable, and it feels like it takes 20 days to issue documents. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at, and it’s the only one that takes a lifetime to produce paperwork.
