“Disappointed”
The front‑desk girl was very apologetic and tried hard to accommodate why we chose this hotel, but nothing could be done, which was disappointing; she was kind, though. The checkout lady wasn’t as friendly. We booked because my daughter, who is on hospice, was celebrating her birthday there and loves the hot tub for muscle and joint relief. She can’t swim in the pool because she gets too cold and turns blue quickly, so the hot tub was essential. It was out of order, so we were let down. The room was small and squishy for the price. I doubt I’ll stay here again for that purpose.
