“Exceptional”
The location was excellent, quiet, clean, and within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants, plus a 7‑Eleven nearby. Everyone on the staff was friendly and polite, and the breakfast was really good with halal and vegetarian choices. I just want to stay here again.

My stay at the hotel was overall very nice. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the view was great, and I liked the quiet, cleanliness, and the staff’s attention to guests. Breakfast was tasty, varied, and had good options for different tastes. I especially want to thank Rus and Joy from the breakfast buffet staff; they were always very welcoming and cheerful, greeted us with a nice smile and good manners every time, and their continuous cooperation made breakfast more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was excellent in terms of rooms, view, quiet, cleanliness, and breakfast, and I thank all staff who treated us with respect and professionalism. The worst part of my experience was the treatment by the staff member Nam who was in charge of egg preparation at the breakfast buffet. On one occasion, there was a queue of guests waiting for eggs, and she suddenly asked me specifically, among everyone present, for my room number, in a way that made me feel discriminated against and racist. The strangest part was that checking room numbers was not her job at all; I had already been asked for my room number by the staff member at the restaurant entrance before I entered the buffet, so I didn’t understand why she singled me out from all the others and asked again in that manner. This behaviour was very annoying and does not match the hotel’s level or the courteous treatment of the other staff.

The room and facilities were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was very good, but the door lock was old and cracking.
