The gentleman who served us was very kind and always eager to help. The view was lovely. The steps felt a bit unsafe.

I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. There was a lack of toilet paper and the water was too cold.

We liked the location because everything was close and central, the view of Tepozteco, the comfort of the room, good Wi‑Fi signal, and they had hot water for those who don’t like cold showers. The person who attended us was super friendly and attentive.
