The location was so convenient and the staff were helpful. We had massages that were decent but would benefit from a quieter setting. We didn’t use the onsen. Breakfast was amazing! Nothing to complain about—great hotel!

The room was very nice and spacious, complete with tatami mats, and the hotel gives off a different era vibe but is well kept and clean. The breakfast selection is great. However, there are too many people at breakfast; more space would be welcome.

The rooms are big and airy, with a nice view, a decent onsen, and a varied, good breakfast. The location is great, just 200 m from the train station. The hotel feels a bit dated, but it’s very clean.

We kept our window open a little bit so we could hear the river at night. The onsen was very nice, you could go outside or use the indoor baths. We really liked the breakfast buffet. We decided to just go ahead and take a taxi from the Shinkansen station to our hotel rather than take the local train. We had too many suitcases
