The location, the surrounding scenery, the building itself, the friendly staff, and the cleanliness were all excellent, and there were no complaints.

The rooms were clean and the staff were generally friendly. However, the buffet service was a bit cramped, the food tasted bland, and many dishes were quite bad; you ended up having to make your own salad and dress it yourself. When I asked if I could swap dinner for lunch as part of the half‑board option, they offered no alternative—only that I would have to pay if I wanted to eat, and no change could be made.

The room was very spacious, the development was lovely with the best wall views, and the receptionist was extremely kind; everything was perfect and there was nothing to complain about.

Nothing was to our liking, everything was terrible and not recommended for anyone; the cement beds with a 7n mattress on top were horrible, and overall everything was awful. No cleanliness, no proper beds, no good location, and no service.
