I had a terrible experience at this hotel. They cancelled my reservation without informing me, and when I arrived, the staff was extremely rude. I was left in a difficult situation, and it caused us a lot of trouble. The lack of communication and poor customer service made our stay a disaster.

I recently spent a day with my wife at this resort, and while the location was indeed excellent, situated just 180 meters from the Palakkayam Thattu entry gate, our stay was marred by several concerns, particularly regarding privacy and service quality. The room was exceptionally clean, and the resort features a decent swimming pool, but the proximity of the pool to our room raised serious privacy concerns, as our room was clearly visible to those using the pool.

“Must visit property”

I was pleasantly surprised by the nice breakfast and great location of this resort, which offered excellent value for money. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was a highlight of our stay.

“Dont choose this all”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The staff provided very bad service, the room was subpar, the food was unappetizing, and the bathroom was not clean. It was clear that the hotel was not taking the necessary steps to ensure a comfortable and clean environment for its guests.
