Nothing. The dorm was the smallest I’ve ever seen, with reception and beds from the same era, so privacy was non‑existent and everyone was visible. The shower was extremely small, the towels were poor and felt dirty after use, and my bed had trash left by a previous guest. The owner, his family, and other guests talked loudly until late at night and again very early in the morning. The worst part was catching a mouse between the beds while trying to sleep. Good food was hard to find nearby and the street felt dirty. The price was definitely not worth it.
The owners are cheerful, friendly and approachable, always trying to make everyone feel comfortable and ready to help. The vibe in the hotel feels like a big, fun house‑share, with a pleasant atmosphere. Beds are good, well‑screened by curtains, each with its own fan. The bathroom is decent and the kitchen works fine. On the downside, there isn’t a real common area, so you’re stuck on your bed. The hotel is a bit cramped, and the surroundings aren’t very pleasant—there are odors and dirt‑packed floors. Also, there are no quiet‑time rules, so late‑night or early‑morning noise and music can happen.
Everything was awesome.
The staff behaved very well.
“Quelle chance j ai eu, bon feeling”
The atmosphere and welcome were excellent, and the small dishes from Neeta were outstanding. The house services were great for getting back to the station, and I especially enjoyed the samosas I had on the train. I’ll be back in February at the end of my trip. Thanks to the whole family at Plaza Dormitory. Veronique
