The place is cheap, central, and close to the bus terminal and restaurants, but the quality of the accommodation is poor, the facilities are old, and comfort is low; still, for the price in Pucón I have no complaints.

Location couldn’t be better—right in the city centre, staff were friendly, the bathroom and linens were clean, the common area was heated and the Wi‑Fi worked fine, making it a solid one‑night spot. However, I was hit with a 5,000‑peso surcharge that wasn’t shown online, and the stairwell noise made it hard to sleep if you need quiet.
