“Overall staff attitude bad and property not clean and not maintaining the proposal, and not up to standard of of Hilton”
I was happy to find the hotel close to the beach, but the staff’s service left a lot to be desired.

The staff were extremely friendly, and the location was perfect for watching the rockets launch.

The floor manager helped us upgrade to a family room where we could play with our baby, which made our stay much easier; we enjoyed it so much we added another night, but we ran out of formula and diapers.

The hotel sits right by the ocean and the view is absolutely stunning, making waking up to the sea one of the highlights of our stay; the rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, and the grounds include a petting zoo, a big pool, and plenty of space to walk and relax. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, though they don’t speak English. The hotel offers many activities for younger children (10 and under), but there isn’t much for older kids; the family game room was closed during our stay, and it would be great if the hotel added simple outdoor activities like a table‑tennis table so older children and teenagers could also enjoy something.

Although our stay at the hotel had its drawbacks, the proximity to the beach and the availability of a swimming pool were definite highlights. However, the outdated equipment and various defects in the room detracted from our overall experience.
