“Bad example”
The only bright spot was a small bit of service, but the first room’s bathroom fan wouldn’t turn off and sounded like a Concord plane landing; we were then moved to another room where the bed linen was covered in animal hair, and even after we complained the new bedding was only slightly better. They promised a refund for the two nights we stayed there and said it would go back onto my card, but when I asked about it they claimed they never mentioned that; we both left with upset stomachs. Be careful when booking this hotel.

The breakfast was good and the staff were polite. It wasn’t clean, the beds and bedding could be better and the door to the bathroom was broken.
