The staff at the property were really cheerful and solution‑focused, but the price felt far too high for the comfort offered and the two lifts kept breaking down throughout our stay, clearly not a good fit for this hotel.

Everything was fine. The location could use some improvement.

The room was spacious and clean, which I liked. The parking lot doesn’t have a lift, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs, which was a hassle.

While I appreciated the hotel's ambiance, my stay was marred by a few significant issues. The fridge in my room wasn't working properly, and the washroom fittings were leaking, which made for a less-than-ideal experience.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by some significant issues. The bed was not very comfortable, and the quality of the breakfast was subpar. We had high hopes for our stay, but unfortunately, these two issues made it difficult for us to enjoy our time at the hotel.
