The hotel was nice, but the room was noisy and the bathroom wasn’t clean; there were a lot of hairs on the floor.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming reception staff, who accommodated my early arrival due to a travel change with open arms and provided me with all the necessary facilities to check in ahead of schedule.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was incredibly convenient, which was a huge plus for me. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no hot water in the shower, which made my stay less comfortable.
