The location was close to the station and there’s a Conad supermarket nearby – the Carrefour on the opposite side is pricier – and Florence is a bustling city with lots of people. The bathroom was tiny, and the building has been turned into a hostel, so you end up checking into a different tower next door.

We stayed for two nights. I liked the room with a balcony; it was clean, quiet, and there was no noise at night. The staff were very responsive and attentive, and any questions were handled promptly. The location is excellent. I recommend it to everyone. Everything was perfect.

The service and staff were pleasant. The location is very close to the train station. Security around the building and the room was excellent! The staff responded quickly to messages and supplied everything we requested. I’m not blaming the property, but I felt a bit uneasy after 8‑9 pm when a younger crowd was roaming the area; you just have to stay alert and be aware of your surroundings.

The reception is in a separate building, but the distance is minimal, which was convenient for me. I chose this place because it’s close to the train station. The room itself was roomy, had a small balcony, air conditioning, and faced a courtyard, so it was very quiet, which I appreciated. The elevator to the room felt a bit old‑fashioned and faced away from the entrance, so we had to figure out how to use it. The staff were very helpful.
