Everything was great! There were loads of facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, and a gym. The staff were very good. Nothing else to add.

I finally got the allergy help I needed, which was amazing, but I didn't realize I could request special accommodations until the first two days; the staff were great, and the food was fantastic, with everyone going out of their way to meet any suggestion. The only issue was that the island had no golf courses for us to play, which wasn't the hotel’s fault, and in the room you could hear people in the hallway and doors closing.

Breakfast was good, with plenty of fresh options, and once you know the area it’s a convenient spot for exploring Guernsey. However, if you’re unfamiliar with the locale, the postcode isn’t picked up by GPS, so you’ll need a taxi escort to find it. The place could use a refresh—decor and carpets feel dated, evening meals are limited and only moderate, and there’s nowhere to relax except the busy leisure centre in the mornings and evenings.

The staff were lovely, the beds comfortable, breakfast excellent, and the pool and sauna superb. The only downside was that the shower wasn’t as hot or powerful as I’d liked.
