Location was good. The fridge in the room had a constant whine from a faulty fan (the compressor isn’t the issue). The room and building were otherwise quiet, but this continuous hum kept us awake until dawn on both nights. The entire unit needs to be shut down urgently!

The bed was very comfortable to lie in. The location was excellent—short walk to the city and Sunnmøre Museum, and it was nice to stroll through the forest paths nearby. The bathroom was good. The house had a lovely old‑style vibe that I appreciated. I hardly saw the staff; I only contacted them by email. Breakfast was mediocre, with plain rolls that I couldn’t eat. There was no housekeeping service for my room during my stay.

A fun spot, a real gem for a night. The place is special. Aside from the loud refrigerator noise that kept me awake even with earplugs, everything else was fine and very enjoyable. The fridge noise is extremely loud and should be replaced immediately!
