The cleanliness and hygiene were good. The waitress at the adjacent restaurant was unfriendly, making me feel unwelcome. I received a bottle of water but no opener to open it. The shower gel was missing, so I had to shower without soap. I didn’t even get a key card for the room with my name on it.
