A very nice hotel in a good location in Emden, with new, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator.

Breakfast was excellent, with a beautiful cheese and sausage platter, an impressive selection of fish, salmon, and salads, and a friendly staff member at the breakfast area; the eggs were freshly made, either fried or scrambled.

The Restaurant / Hotel Goldener Adler is extremely central, right next to the town hall and directly on the Delft; just 50 m away, the excursion boats dock, and the “Delftspucker” sculpture and the famous “Otto‑Huus” are within sight. Because it’s a small hotel, there is no lift, but the rooms were recently renovated, and the hotel offered help carrying luggage upstairs.

The room was beautiful and well equipped. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The staff were very attentive and helpful. A lovely view of a harbor spur.

A central, intriguing place where staying feels almost impossible. Located right next to the town hall and old harbor. We had a very nice room, essentially a small suite with a bed and a sitting area with TV, each in two rooms with a passage. View of the museum ships. Quiet at night. Very friendly staff. Dining there is also excellent. Parking is available close to the hotel.
