It was basically someone’s loft; I had to walk up steep steps and there was no door on our room—horrendous place.

Nothing positive. The cleaning was poor, the mattresses had plastic, it was hot at night, there was a smell in the bathrooms, and the overall appearance was dirty.

The food area was a mess—someone set a fire and smoke filled the place without any announcement. People were shouting at night, and there was a smell in the mixed room.

I was completely deceived; I had booked a room for two but was given two cages with a curtain in front, surrounded by other people in cages above and beside me. It felt like a prison. I couldn't stay there and had to find another hotel farther away where I finally got a proper room with a private bathroom. I've never experienced anything like this before and I absolutely cannot recommend this place. You should remove it from the listings.
