The atmosphere feels traditional, the staff are available, the dinner is incredible, and the honsen can be used inside the property; the overall cleanliness of the place is good. The breakfast, while international, could use improvement.

The Ryokan experience was fantastic, and even with tattoos we were allowed into the onsen, which was a pleasant surprise.

The location is great, the staff are courteous, and the parking is comfortable, but the price is too high for a place like this.

The dinner was excellent, featuring Hida beef served in the room and grilled to perfection. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western styles, with the Japanese option being superb. There is a small onsen on the premises. Everything was clean, and the staff spoke English politely and were welcoming.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux ainsi que toutes les explications que l'on nous donnait. L'équipement dès notre arrivée était impeccable et le thé d'accueil apprécié. Nous venions aussi pour l'expérience du onsen et ne sommes pas déçus
